Photos:
Each photo should include a short caption (10 words or less) explaining where it was taken along the trail.  Please include a description of the photo to accompany the caption.  The recommended size is 72dpi, jpeg format.


Video/Audio:
Please limit your movie to under five minutes and keep the file size under 50MB.  Recommended file types: mov, wmv, mp4, mpg and, avi. 

Title:

 Please give your photo, video or audio file a title using 10 words or less.  

Description:

Please give the location and a brief description of your photo, video/audio.

Story Text:
Please cut and paste your text from a spell checked word document.
